Advertiseing vs. Marketing: Acording to Mad Men's Don Draper, advertiseing is about happiness. Marketing is very strategic planning. It combines Demographics with logic and reasoning. Marketing is intened to bring bussiness people together. Advertiseing is the part of marketing that involves getting the word out! It includes The placement of bilboards, types of commercials, and creative outlook that will capture your target market. The best way to distinguish between the to is to think of Marketing as a pie, and Inside the pie there are many slices. Advertiseing along with many other aspects, are simply pieces of you marketing pie.

I am young enthusiastic and filled with determination. With a passion for fashion the only direction Im going is up. Currently a student at AILV I am working to pursue my goal of haveing a career in the fashion industry. Although I have always have had a interest in fashion, I am not sure where my place is. ive considered working with visuals or possibly going into event planning. I am currently an employee at BCBG and love working in the retail envirorment. I have much to learn and even more to conquer. I live by the quote: everyday is a fashion show and the world is your runway. To me fashion is a world of its own where anyhting is possible. Drama, style, creative, art, feirce, those are words I would use to describe the ever changeing fast paste fashion industry. Your style is your form of expression, it is more then just the clothes you wear it is eternal.
